Press prints Gutenberg Bible
The 42-line Gutenberg Bible was the first book to be printed using
Gutenberg’s new technique. The Gutenberg Museum has two of the 49
surviving copies on display. At the Shop you can purchase artistic
reproductions of single pages based on the original Bible - manufactured
using letterpress technique, illuminated by hand, finished with 22-carat gold.
