Our pencil case features an excerpt from the Gutenberg Bible, namely the famous “In principio erat verbum...” quote (“In the beginning was the word …”) from the Gospel of John (John 1:1). The design is taken from the particularly lavishly illuminated Berlin copy of the Gutenberg Bible.

Our pencil case is also available in a version adorned with splendid, colourful, 15th-century initials.

Lieblings-Federtasche, schon die zweite

Diese Federtasche liebe ich. Die erste hat sehr lange gehalten, das optisch und haptisch gute Material hat mehrere Maschinenwäschen überstanden (weil sie von innen schmuddelig wurde, außen nicht durch das glatte Material). Als (durch meine eigenes Überfüllen des Mäppchens) der Reißverschluss kaputtging, habe ich einen neuen eingenäht, auch das hat das Material gut ausgehalten. Als es zu guter Letzt ganz durch war, habe ich mir ein neues gekauft, das sicher auch eine jahrelange Lebenszeit haben wird.
