Schreibpilot: Buchstaben. Sonderedition Johannes Gutenberg
Getting into the swing of writing with Johannes Gutenberg!Learning how to write is not always easy for children. In fact, for some it can be rather difficult. Since fine motor skills aren't fully developed in a young child, holding a writing utensil can lead to discomfort and cause their hand to cramp. As a team of teachers, pupils and professors, the SCHREIBATHLET-Team have developed the SCHREIBPILOT learning system to help children learn how to write. In an intuitive and motivational way, the workbook helps children to develop fluent penmanship. This workbook features letters that are debossed, leaving depressed imprints on the pages of the workbook. Children can playfully learn to write the letters of the alphabet by tracing the depressed imprints with a pencil. The depressed outlines of the letters perfectly guide a child's pencil and prevent it from slipping. The result is always perfect!Have fun learning how to write with this special edition featuring Johannes Gutenberg, supported by the Gutenberg-Museum!Schreibpilot: Buchstaben. Schulz-Reiss: Johannes Gutenberg und das Werk der Bücher
In c. 1450 an invention changed the world forever: printing with moveable type. Gutenberg’s “work of the books” heralded the dawn of a new age. The written word was no longer the prerogative of the rich. Finally, it was possible to make news and thoughts, ideas and words and particularly education accessible to the general public – a change that was as significant as the invention of the computer or the Internet. In a lively and informative manner author Christine Schulz-Reiss tells the tale of how the hot-headed son of a Mainz patrician became one of the most important inventors in world history. Klaus Ensikat’s masterly illustrations take readers both young and old back to the turbulent days of the Middle Ages and right into Johannes Gutenberg’s workshop.Christine Schulz-Reiss: Johannes Gutenberg und das Werk der Bücher. Hardcover, 36 pages, Kindermannverlag 2018. German edition.
