Prophetische Weissagungen by Nostradamus
Nostradamus, actually Michel de Nostredame (1503 - 1566) was pharmacist and probably also a doctor. In 1550 he began to publish annual almanacs for farming. He nevertheless got famous even during his lifetime through his prophecies in prose. Though these prophecies were controversial at that time and today still attract many sceptics they yet contain with the whole scope of interpretation prophecies that come incredibly close to the truth. This is why he can be called the most important prophet Europe brought forth. The miniature book includes his complete centuries up to the fourth millennium.
